Having noticed that Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick were due to leave Amazon Prime Video soon I decided to rewatch them.
Pitch Black I remembered most of, Chronicles not so much – actually, very little, especially the end.
The end left me with questions like "what happened to the necromongers" before the third film, Riddick. 1
A quick search revealed a whole universe I was unaware of: video games, motion comics, and an animated short film. Not only that but Riddick 4: Furya is (very slowly) progressing in pre-production.
I've never really been a fan of the Fast & Furious franchise and wasn't overly enamored by the xXx films, but I enjoy watching Diesel as Riddick for some reason.
