I think this is true--and really important. I listen to a lot of podcasts, and I've begun to realise that, over time, like social media, they affect my ability to quiet my thoughts. Between them and all the online articles I read, they create a cacophony of noise in my head. They also affect my ability to pray.

One small thing I've started doing is trying to take walks without my headphones and be more engaged with the environment around me--especially when we have so many beautiful trees and birds where I live. This is certainly an area I want more balance in. Less consumption, and more reflection and creativity.

There is an option on the admin page to enable/disable post title: it shows/hides the title field while any existing post titles are unaffected and always displayed. If I want to add a title, it seems a bit much having to enable the global option just for a single post.

I'm, therefore, working on a solution to toggle the title field on each post if the global option isn't enabled. Enabling the global option hides the per post toggle.
