Because everyone else was at work, this morning's walk was the dog and I before heading back for breakfast. It's only two days in but the routine is going well. I do, however, worry about how things are going to pan out.
As someone who hates change I wonder about adjusting the routine to fit into a normal day once I return to work. I know it's at least three and a half weeks away but I can feel a low-level anxiety bubbling under the surface already.
That's a bad habit I really need to get out of – focusing on the negatives rather than embracing the positives. It's early days.
