Another busy day and, while there wasn't the same physical exertion, I'm tired. There won't be any music making happening this evening.

Tomorrow I can ring to organise my next review appointment to discuss how the meds are going. As always, I'm not sure. My wife joked that she couldn't tell if I was genuinely chirpy or faking it — it's certainly not consciously the latter.

I know my mood will drop, I can already feel it, because I've got to log on to work tomorrow. It just feels like such a grind and I need to develop some coping strategies for handling it better.

I have tried the "one thing at a time approach" and discussed with my line manager that I really struggle with context switching but it just feels like it's instantly forgotten when we stop talking.
