I will, no doubt, be wishing everyone a Merry Christmas on the blog but wanted to take a few moments to pass on my best wishes and say thank you to those of you that subscribe to the RSS feed.

Subscribing is a statement of intent, one that I wholeheartedly appreciate. It means a lot that anyone would want to read whatever nonsense I post to the web. Yes, a blog is for self but we can't deny that writing online usually implies some sort of audience.

Despite taking a break from the 'public' blog, it's nice to know that there are still people reading these RSS Club posts.

So, whatever you celebrate at this time of year (or don't) stay safe, stay well, hug those you love if you can, and have a great holiday and new year.

Thanks for helping me through 2022, let's look forward to a better 2023!
