# We returned the Apple Watch via our nearest Apple store last night and the process was incredibly painless:
- scan the serial number,
- a quick check of the details, and
- do you want the money to go back on same card
That's it!
We were expecting a bit of a wait, knowing how busy Apple stores can be, but the member of staff I spoke to immediately grabbed someone for us. Total time in the store was around 5 minutes from the moment we walked in until we left.
