Did my first run since getting Covid last July. Can't believe it's been that long. Time drifts by if you let it.
Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by how it went, warm up, cool down and didn't have to stop or walk in between. I've obviously retained some degree of fitness.
It's funny how some things must stay with you, even if only subconsciously. While messing around with my audio gear, I wrote a baseline only to realise that it was exactly the same as something I wrote around 22 years ago!
