I've reached 50 days on the Journal streak.

50 day Journal Streak

I think I'm starting to get back in the swing of things and am now using it as an end-of-day gratitude log as well as for thoughts throughout the day.

The journal hasn't quite taken on the role of morning pages yet but I do try to start my day there.

Thanks Chris. It's been fun and will only get better from here.

I've added an additional content filter: text highlighting – I don't know how often I'll use it, if at all, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Definitely another "because I can" feature. I don't know if the styling will carry through to the RSS feed and, if it does, if all readers will display it properly. That may limit its use so we'll see with this post.

Text highlighting

Update: The styling hasn't come through to NetNewsWire. If any RSS reader was going to display it that would have been the one. Oh well, it's there to use should I want it.

As I've said before I don't usually remember my dreams. I do, however, remember a fragment of dream from last night.

I was at a work function – I knew it was a work function in that way you know things in dreams despite it not being related to my current work. It was being held in a large, ornate dining hall with tressle tables and wooden panelling on the walls.

I wasn't ready so still had a towel wrapped round my waist but was dragged in and sat next to a very drunk Tim Cook.

"And then he woke up."

@colinwalker Fascinating. It's hard to imagine Tim Cook drunk.

@jeroensangers @ohBananaJoe It doesn't come through to micro.blog and hit & miss whether it shows in RSS depending on the reader.

@colinwalker it should within on your personal MB but not within the timeline.

@ohBananaJoe I just need to find a reliable way to embed but nor sure if it's going to happen or put in some kind of fallback.
