What a week!

I had my next CBT session on Monday afternoon (I'll write about that another time) but by the evening was feeling dizzy and then was particularly ill. I've spent the rest of the week recovering.

I've managed to keep on top of emails but didn't have the energy (physical or mental) to concentrate on the blog.

I need to catch up on a few things.
