Today wasn't a 'running' day but, as I'm not going to be getting exercise from walking Jac for a while, I decided to walk on the treadmill instead meeting both my steps and 'heart points' goals. I'm still aiming to run at least three times a week but daily exercise of some form seems now to be a firmly fixed habit.
