It's not just the muse-letter I'm struggling with – I've not read anything for weeks and it can often be difficult to find something to write on the blog. But, as I said to someone earlier, I'm not going to give in to it this time. I've taken way too many breaks; some have been needed but others I have regretted. I don't want to end up in that position now.
For a long while, working on the blog was a surrogate for writing in the blog. Apart from the odd alteration here and there, I don't really have that any more and I think I've been trying to find my writing direction again since finishing It's Only Words. I need to get that wrapped up and "out there" so I can move on to whatever comes next.
