A busy few days behind us, we are on a final tidy-up mission before heading home. And it is truly home – that's how it feels.

Getting so much done is such a huge weight off our shoulders and really gives us the opportunity to get the old house ready for sale. We're going to coming back down for a week in May when it's all hands on deck to properly clean, repair and decorate.

What do you do when a chapter ends?
Do you close the book and never read it again?
Where do you go when the story's done?
You can be who you were or who you'll become.

The above lyric comes from Just Hold on by Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson. It's quite profound.

I think selling this house will be like a metaphor for the whole post-Covid era and how we emerge back into the world after being shut away for so long. It is an ideal opportunity to pause and reflect, to not be who we were but to see who we will become.

The pandemic has been such a force for change and it is up to us to ensure that the change is positive. If all we do is revert to exactly how things were 18 months ago then we've really taken a step back, we haven't learned the lessons that have been right in front of us.
