The pages themselves are still there and accessible via their direct URLs but I need to rethink them
The blogroll is out of date and needs revising while I'm no longer sure the directory provides any value beyond being a coding project.
I still need to rework the Required page and am also considering altering About, maybe even combining them, but that's a job for another day. One when I don't have such a sore head.
In line with keeping things simple I decided to disable my DIY private journal plugin. I don't use it, don't need it, and certainly don't need it cluttering things up.
It’s interesting that Colin Walker has removed his blogroll “so that the words [take] centre stage”, as I only just recently removed my Links page (technically a blogroll and a…newsletter-roll?), too. Mostly, I think, because inevitably it would have become one more piece of cognitive clutter for me, and at some point its maintenance, or lack thereof, would have started to push beneath my psychic fingernails.

Hope you recover soon, Colin.
Thanks Chris. I'm staying off tomorrow as well so hopefully should settle down.
Good idea. Too many people return to work before they're fully well.
