So I have switched the font in both Drafts and Ulysses to Avenir Next and changed to the Ulysses custom theme Bearish.
Whether I keep both options remains to be seen but I like how they look for now.
# I've never really been a fan of how Bear works (I think I'm too stuck in my ways with Drafts) but I've always loved the way it looks. The choice of default font and overall style is very easy on the eye.
@colinwalker I've been a fan of Avenir Next since when I discovered DayOne
@hjertnes It’s a great font that seems (to me) to work better when smaller. I think it loses some of its charm when larger.
