Writing on the new Tab earlier my mind went back to my old tablet PC: the Acer Travelmate C110. I used to love that thing and can't believe it's twenty years since it came out.

There were many posts about tablet PCs back on the old blog and I wrote a whole series about testing Windows Vista; how its tablet features differed from Windows XP Tablet edition.

I've always thought that Microsoft really dropped the ball by not implementing greater integration of pen input.

I think I've broken something. I published a post but it wouldn't show on the homepage. After deleting it, the previous one did. It's just supposed to show the latest public item.

Consider this a test.

That worked

Not sure what was going on there.

As I was saying, using the Galaxy Tab has made me realise that the responsive CSS I had didn't play nicely with the tablet. Hardly surprising as I've not used one since building the site.

I'm having to target using a combination of width and DPI.
