It's one of those days where there is no time to actually do any work because of constant meetings that generate even more actions. I've had to book my lunch break as 'out of office' in the calendar just so that no-one tries to add anything.

@colinwalker one the first things I did at the start of the pandemic was set lunch as repeating and out of office in my calendar to have some space from the computer. Worked wonders for my sanity.

As expected, my carrier is trying to entice me to upgrade and pre-order the Galaxy S22 Ultra. I have to admit I'm sorely tempted. I've still got £50 to pay off on the S20 Ultra which would have to be cleared up front or I could wait until next month when that is cleared with my normal monthly bill.

New shiny syndrome is a cruel mistress.

I've enjoyed adding the thought for the day so far. The daily entries have been a mixture of quick thoughts and quotes.

I haven't got a clue if anyone has seen them and I don't need to know, it's just a fun exercise to think of something to post there each day. I don't even remember what half of them were.

That's the joy of truly ephemeral text, it is of the moment and nothing more. I suppose it's a bit like Wordle: one a day, you have to wait for the next one, and there's no going back.
