I've been thinking about scrapping the muse-letter, or, at least, putting it on ice for a while longer. I was originally just stopping for the summer and then would see how things are in September

Well September is almost over and I've had no inclination to resume. Maybe it's because there's been a lot going on.

I feel that maybe I'd be better served including anything I might want to write on the blog instead and not splitting my creative processes, especially after worrying about the blog getting too meta at the expense of other things. Besides, since having to create a mailing list on my server, I'm not entirely happy with the delivery mechanism.

I enjoy sending and receiving emails – the muse-letter was intended as a conversation starter, an excuse to connect with people. I'd like that to continue irrespective of sending a newsletter.

Personally, I like focusing on one form of publishing. I'd struggle to do more than that--especially if the frequency were more than monthly, like I'm currently doing.

I understand why you started the muse-letter though. I enjoy delivering and communicating by email too. Although I leave the tech to someone else (Mailerlite) to look after.😆 Too many things can go wrong with email delivery!
