I'm driving back down south again later for another three day stint in the office. At least it's the long weekend so I don't have to drive after doing a full day's work.

Finally arrived – traffic was pretty bad and I only averaged about 50 mph over the 230 mile journey despite 99% of it being motorway. Roadworks, accidents, closed lanes, you name it.

"When it comes to human connections happening through the web medium, I believe the path of the indie web is–or at least should be–quality over quantity. A network of personal sites can't really compete with a platform like Twitter when it comes to reachability and possibility of going viral. Nor it should aspire to honestly."

I should be going to sleep but listening to Andy Murray in the first round of the US Open is utterly riveting. 🎾
I know but he was back playing like himself - not bad for a guy with a metal hip.
I amaze myself without even trying 😆
