I've been trying to get the new replies functionality working properly (and there have been numerous test posts both here and on micro.blog) but I reverted the changes because I thought it wasn't working.
And then I realised that I hadn't carried the changes through to the RSS feed generators, so it was working. 🤦♂️
Luckily, I've still got most of the changes on the test install so I can copy them back and tweak things again. But that's a job for tomorrow.
I'm having another crack at refactoring replies to separate the webmention from the post content. I've remembered to update the RSS feed generator this time so 😉

I also noticed that avatars coming from micro.blog were no longer loading correctly. I don't know if Manton has changed the way they are stored but I've tweaked the endpoint and things look okay again.
@colinwalker That was probably leftover from a couple days ago, when I had to temporary disable some avatars to deal with a server problem. I think because of caching they were slow to come back everywhere.

@pimoore Yes, they're re-enabled but I think it has been slow to update everywhere. I'll double-check this and fix it if anything still hasn't updated. Thanks!
