By the time I went to bed last night I had the expected post jab ache and heaviness in my arm which was spreading up through my shoulder and neck. Nothing too uncomfortable and paracetamol was keeping it at bay.
This morning I feel like I've got a bit of a cold coming on (again expected) but also a bit of diarrhoea – too much information? I don't know if that is linked to the jab, it can be a side effect, but it wouldn't surprise me seeing as I suffer from IBS which can be triggered by all sorts of things.
Seeing as my wife had quite a bad reaction to her first dose of the Astra-Zeneca vaccine I want to keep a record of my symptoms, to see how they progress. Obviously, not everything may even be linked to the jab and may just be coincidental but keeping an eye on things is better than ignoring it.
