I was struggling to write earlier this morning; Chapter 2 is currently too short, not sufficiently substantive, and my remaining notes just feel needlessly repetitive. I closed the page, put it down and walked away.
I felt I needed a change of focus so instead gathered my notes for Chapter 3, found the inspiration I needed and made some good progress. Chapter 3 is fittingly all about inspiration.
A change is as good as a rest as the saying goes.
