I like how Robin describes this: the distance between keyboard and URL. This is exactly why I switched to doing everything inline, typing directly onto the site and removing the layer of abstraction that normally exists. 1
This fits perfectly with me saying I connect more with the words by tapping directly on the screen than when using a keyboard. I personally need to feel that connection.
