Its a gloriously sunny, chilly, late winter day that hints of the spring to come – despite the weather warnings for snow later in the week. But, I'm sat inside trying, and failing dismally, to concentrate on work.

I feel drained like an almost depleted battery – barely enough power to function – when I should be somewhere out among the grass and hills and trees and streams. Listening to, and absorbing, the essence of life; communing with mother Earth, recharging my soul.
