I've decided to scrap the 'Thought For The Day' (see an explanation here). It was a nice idea, something truly ephemeral on the site, but I just find myself grasping for something to write each day rather than it being the spontaneous act I was hoping.

Maybe it'll come back in some form in future. I've left the page intact and just removed the link from the footer.
