Like Reset to Defaults – Jack Baty...
A week ago I did that thing where I blow up my system because I noticed I'd been doing that other thing where I spend all my time tweaking everything.
I'm calling it an experiment, and I'm naming it “Reset to Defaults”.
A lot of the drive behind (b)log-In Is simplification – removing options. If everything I use for the written word has been built by me then there is no argument or confusion over what to use or where something goes.
The only problem is that DIY systems lend themselves more to tweaking than others, especially when you're coding by the seat of your pants.
