1000 posts
This is the 1000th post since launching (b)log-In. I say 'post' but I think of each entry as a section of the day rather than always a discreet post in the traditional sense.
There were 2369 posts/sections in total while using WordPress which was from 2008 to the start of 2021. It took from April 2008 to September 2017 to reach 1000 there then until May 2020 to hit the 2000 mark. On reaching that milestone I wrote:
"A lot has changed, and is still changing - with the blog, with the world, with myself; what I post and how I post it constantly morphing, folding in on itself, being moulded into new forms, heading in new directions."
It still is.
With the blog relaunch in 2016 and introduction of more microposts things changed quite dramatically. Moving to (b)log-In, however, has made me more prolific than ever. Yes, a lot of items have been incredibly meta but the fact remains that building my own system has meant I've enjoyed using it so much more.
