4 km on the treadmill this evening – about 3 km of which were jogged. Although I will likely 'exercise' every day, by which I mean walk the dog, I'll probably run 3 or 4 times a week and try to increase the ratio of jogging to walking each time.
It'll take a while to get fit but fitter will do for now – fitter is a progressive scale, you don't have to get much further along it so long as you do. The effort is a reward in itself. 🏃
