I'm not really one for choosing a word of the year, I've only ever done so once before when I chose 'expand' in 2018. The most expanding I achieved in 2021 was of my waistline.
My wife has chosen 'wellbeing' as her word for the year. Looking back at my comments at the end of 2021 it might as well also be mine. That or 'health' – in this context I can use the two interchangeably.
Yes, health, both physical and mental, will be my word of the year for 2022.
