The creation of the new blog has been all encompassing, almost an obsession stealing time from everything else I should be doing. That feeling of having created something from scratch is intoxicating.

As I wrote in the muse-letter it has likely taken over because it was the easiest thing to achieve, the quickest route to the dopamine hit of success. Even some posts I had planned were put to one side in favour of the meta-ness of writing about the site.

There will, no doubt, be things I want to change or new features I wish to add but there comes a point when I need to say "enough" and take a step back. By all means fix urgent issues as they arise but new features need to be reserved for later, batch them up for a v2.0 release.
