I've somehow managed to avoid grossly overeating over the past few days. It's all been there in the kitchen but I've not felt like piling it high. It's not been a conscious decision, just something that seems to have happened organically.
I've actually not done "too much" of anything: one music session on Christmas night, two times when I fired up World of Warcraft and did a few quests and delves.
The rest of the time has been cooking, doing the dishes, getting rid of rubbish, going to the supermarket, or just chilling out with the family.
Since we stopped hosting or visiting family for Christmas the three days from 25th to 27th have been a much more relaxed affair where we spread the festivities rather than try to cram it all in. We are visiting my in-laws on Sunday (29th) but this will be more low-key as we've already done our internal family Christmas. It's all a much more civilised way of doing things.
