I'm back at the doctor's tomorrow for a follow-up and review my meds. I know one of the questions is going to be 'are they helping?' but I don't know if I can answer that.
Maybe they are starting to take the edge off slightly but I was previously on a 3x stronger dose before I noticed a big difference. Maybe it's just the weather. It's most likely a bit of everything.
I think, if anything, I'm not swinging from high to low quite so much, without my baseline being raised at all, but there has obviously been an element of change for me to be able to even think about music.
Like with the blog, tweaking an old track rather than trying to start from scratch has tricked my brain. I tried making something new last night and didn't really get anywhere — nothing seemed to work out how I wanted.
