IP address 178.175.129.41 was blocked overnight despite not being in the block list. 178.175.129.39, .45 and .46 are in the list so the check against the first three octets is obviously working.

As usual, I read through Dave Winer's blog for 9/11. It's 22 years since that day. So much has changed but, then again, not enough.
