Another long, late walk with Jac. While its main purpose is to wear him out before bed we're also looking at whether the exercise will help control my PLMS so that I'm not driving my wife crazy during the night. It seemed to help a bit last night as I didn't start twitching until about 5am. Hopefully, with some kind of a regular routine, it'll settle down completely.

Have you looked into taking magnesium supplements? I take them for other things, but I believe they can help with this condition, and with sleeping better.

Thanks Chris. Yeah, I already take magnesium (among other things) but I'm not sure if it's helping too much on its own. I'm hoping that with a regular nightly exercise regime the two will sort something out.
