# I finally got my iPhone X pre-order submitted with my carrier, it took an hour and 10 minutes due to:
- site crashes,
- unable to enter card details as input boxes wouldn't load,
- then messages that the card wasn't an accepted type.
I've seen reports from others of waiting times creeping up from launch day to 3 weeks then 6 weeks while I (and others) have been stuck in the system but I don't actually know how long my wait time is - the email just says "we'll let you know as soon as it's ready."
Appalling.
@colinwalker same sounds like o2 ? but one of my cards (monzo) was charged so I need to get a refund. Hoping my bank wasn’t charged more than once but iPhone X space grey 256 ordered! Said 1 week initially (order place 9:12am after 1 hour 15 of messing about)
@adamprocter I’m on live chat at the moment checking my delivery date as I wasn’t advised through the process.
@colinwalker Im going to call them later later about refund, who knows when Ill get phone but hey its in the o2 mixer
@adamprocter Apparently my order says 31st October but as it’s not even released until the 3rd they basically don’t know. “From the 3rd” is the corporate line. ?♂️
@colinwalker check your bank too o2 tool 7 payments from me. Wiped out my current account. Aka screwed up my weekend. Grrrr fraud department and o2 supposedly sorting it out
@adamprocter Ouch! I know they had problems but that's ridiculous. Luckily I’ve only had the one go out, probably because I couldn't get the card entry boxes to show for an hour.
@colinwalker yeah they haven’t even done what they need yet and emailed the bank as they should have incompetent is not the word. ☹️
