The old idiom states that every picture tells a story – this is one particular story that I'm very pleased to tell:

This marks the end of the current stage of my mental health journey.

Still surviving.

With every ending comes a new beginning. We have the ability and freedom to choose what that is.

That's always true.

The trouble is, we don't always make the best decisions about what comes next.

Last night was the first time I dived back into music after the recent accident; my arm and shoulder sufficiently mobile and pain free to allow it.

Tomorrow is 909 Day ¹ so I started making something to celebrate. It should be ready.
