After a couple of rest days due to the pain in my left thigh, I got back on the treadmill for a quick 10 minute walk this evening. Sitting down for most of the day caused it to seize up so I needed to stretch it out and move. I don't think I'll be running for a couple of days yet but at least I can handle some form of exercise.
