I started a draft this morning but didn't get to go back to it:
What I thought was going to be a pretty quiet day didn't exactly stick to the script. That wasn't helped by a colleague in the US scheduling a meeting for 4:30 UK time. (I was angling for an early finish.) I was invited to the meeting as a representative for my team but in really the wrong context so had to discuss things I've only been party to for two weeks – not what you'd call an authority but it seemed to go okay.
