Now that the site is completely WordPress free, I have recreated the 'On This Day' page to pull from both the live and archive tables. As (b)log-In went live at the start of this year, it's currently only pulling from the archive and I'll have to wait until January to ensure everything is working correctly from both locations – although testing seemed okay.
This version is specific to my environment so I will rework it for the GitHub repository.
