A busy morning – between us and the cleaning company we've cleared so much crap in two and a half hours. We're probably about half way through. Although we've paid for them to clear it we wanted to help out to get as much done as quickly as possible.

It feels good to get rid of all this legacy rubbish, the remnants of an old life – it's therapeutic, clearing old mental clutter as much as physical rubbish.

If I was sticking to a two-week schedule, I was due to send out a muse-letter today – I think I'll defer it until next week. I've got a couple of ideas for what to include but need some more time for it all to ripen and mature ready for sending.

I ache like crazy and am exhausted but so pleased with what we managed to get done today. One step closer...
