Feeling unwell today but won't go into any details. So I told work I was going to be sick half day and went back to bed until about 1pm to catch up on sleep.
The advantage of writing the way I do, purely on the web, is that I can do it from anywhere (as long as there's an internet connection, obviously) so at least managed to put the draft of Chapter 6 behind me. I went back to the source material and realised that I had only used a fraction of it in my notes – the last pieces instantly clicked into place as soon as I re-read it.
I should probably make an offline copy of the project – just in case – but the likelihood of both home and mobile internet being down is small. And, with lockdown, it's not as if I'm going anywhere that wouldn't have signal.
I've added an option to Garden pages to write the file contents as .md files to a folder on the server then trigger a download. That way I get an online archive of the pages in Markdown format that I can overwrite at any time and an offline copy. Nice!
