# I finally got my iPhone X pre-order submitted with my carrier, it took an hour and 10 minutes due to:

  • site crashes,
  • unable to enter card details as input boxes wouldn't load,
  • then messages that the card wasn't an accepted type.

I've seen reports from others of waiting times creeping up from launch day to 3 weeks then 6 weeks while I (and others) have been stuck in the system but I don't actually know how long my wait time is - the email just says "we'll let you know as soon as it's ready."

    same sounds like o2 😉 but one of my cards (monzo) was charged so I need to get a refund. Hoping my bank wasn’t charged more than once but iPhone X space grey 256 ordered! Said 1 week initially (order place 9:12am after 1 hour 15 of messing about)

    I’m on live chat at the moment checking my delivery date as I wasn’t advised through the process.

    Apparently my order says 31st October but as it’s not even released until the 3rd they basically don’t know. “From the 3rd” is the corporate line. 🤦‍♂️

    check your bank too o2 tool 7 payments from me. Wiped out my current account. Aka screwed up my weekend. Grrrr fraud department and o2 supposedly sorting it out

    Ouch! I know they had problems but that's ridiculous. Luckily I’ve only had the one go out, probably because I couldn't get the card entry boxes to show for an hour.

    yeah they haven’t even done what they need yet and emailed the bank as they should have incompetent is not the word. ☹️
