It's something I've been considering more lately myself.
It's important for those who can blog about mental health to do so, helping destigmatise the issues, but it can be a tough call to decide what should or shouldn't be shared. Where is the line over which you shouldn't step? Is there one? Probably. The complication is that it differs from person to person, from writer to reader, and even from time to time for the same person.
