# Yesterday was fun doing something a little different on the blog. I think I could get used to it.

# It will be such a relief to get my voice back and be able to speak; to be able to utter more than an emergency front of mouth whisper and dive into conversations again.

I'm also looking forward to getting back to recording the microcast.

I've decided: it will still be "called" Sonant Thoughts but only really in name, although each episode will still be a Sonant thought (a thought said out loud.)

I will be dropping episode numbers but haven't yet decided whether I should start a new season - I need to look into how that side of things works.

Seeing as I reached episode 50 that would be a nice round number for a first season but I may be more governed by the technology than the intent.

With no true definition and poor guidance just drifting into mindfulness as the trendy option could do more harm than good.
