Suppose you only have 15 minutes to idle away. Standing in line. Waiting for the next event. What do you do?
You may not open anything serious, like a book, or pick up the next task on the list. So you open YouTube. I often do this these days. The problem is that I idle away more time than I had wanted to.
This conundrum comes in different variants. Like a 2 minutes conundrum. When you idle away your time by doomscrolling. News. Social media. Or some timeline.
All time spent this way is time lost. How can I better utilise this time?
