I've signed up to a 10K charity walk tomorrow after work. It's in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week so is perfect. I've got a loop mapped out around the local area which I'll need to complete twice. I got lucky that it's exactly the right length.

The first pass of editing has been completed focusing on grammar, spelling and structure. There's likely more refinement required but, as long as it is clearer, I don't want to go too far.

The book is quite front heavy when it comes to quotations and references so I need to even that up a bit. It's probably because some of the later chapters are much more personal in nature so don't lend themselves to it quite so much, but I know there is more I can do.

Don't feel bad. Even after multiple passes by multiple editors and a proofreader, most traditionally published books still contain errors.
