# I ordered "The Sketchnotes Handbook" by Mike Rohde and it arrived yesterday. I'm excited to dig into it; not because I want or need to start taking sketched notes for any particular reason but because I want to train my brain to think a little more visually.

In my daily log I indicate particular types of activity by drawing a little icon, such as a book or a light bulb, but they look a little lost on the page and I want to develop a more eye catching style for these logs. Even if I only use a fraction of what's in the book I feel it will be money well spent.
