# While I've been testing versions of MacOS for a while I had held off jumping back on the iOS public beta since getting the iPhone X - it just seemed too early.

But now, after nearly three months, iOS 11.3 with Messages in iCloud seemed like an ideal opportunity to start again. As soon as MacOS 10.13.4 hit public beta I just couldn't resist.

I'm not one to keep hold of a lot of messages so, with a phone, iPad and the Mac, it has been annoying to manage the same messages in multiple places. In fact, I'd have to say it's been the worst thing to deal with in a multi-device setup.

I have to say, first impressions are incredibly favourable. Once syncing is enabled it is extremely quick to replicate changes from one device to another. Definitely a worthwhile endeavour.
